We are searching for Nurse Practitioner for a leading, nationally renowned women’s health facility located in northern New York. This is a very advanced practice provider friendly organization that is open to new graduates, providing the best framework to set you up for success. Well-established and growing facility with several locations. The schedule offers 4 or 5 day work week options.

Responsibilities include, complete health history, obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical, sexual, family health, and psychosocial. Document findings accurately and succinctly. Provide PREP services. Primary Care services, Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy services, physical examinations with emphasis reproductive health system including breast examination, pelvic examination, cancer screening tests, diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and other types of more specialized procedures as may be indicated by medical policy.
