We are searching for Family and Adult board-certified Nurse Practitioners to join our growing home health – house call organization in New York.  Currently we have openings in all 5 boroughs and Long Island.  Full time salaried positions available.

Position Summary

• Currently considering Family Nurse Practitioners or Adult Nurse Practitioners
• Reports to Medical Director
• Practice setting: Home health – 80% Adult / Geriatric Patients
• 12 hour shifts. 14 shifts a month.
